TEMPORARY WORKS TRAINING

​The HSE believe that most construction sites involve some form of Temporary Works. This expectation means that as well as the normal HSE inspections contractors are increasingly being inspected on their management and deployment of temporary works.


​In 1975 the UK Government's report into Temporary Works, the Bragg Report, recommended that all sites appoint a Temporary Works Coordinator with far reaching powers over the design, implementation and monitoring of temporary works on site. Many contractors still do not formally appoint such a person.


​ANF Consulting has been providing bespoke Temporary Works Coordinator and Supervisor courses for many years with courses tailored to suit the experience and needs of Contractor's site and design staff including the requirements of the Temporary Works Coordination role and increasing awareness of the risks and opportunities associated with the use of Temporary Works.
