ANF Consulting is owned and managed by Austin Flather.
Austin is a chartered civil engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with over 30 years experience in the civil engineering sector working both as a consultant and a contractor. This gives him wide expertise both in design and the implementation of designs in construction ensuring that works are not only constructed safely but are designed to be constructed safely and subsequently maintained safely.
